1. Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Lingerie, bodysuits, and intimates
• Swimwear (once tried on)
• Items marked as 'Final Sale'
• Customised or personalised items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@kurvy.mewith subject line: RETURN — [Order Number]
2. Include your reason for return and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with eligibility confirmation and a return shipping label.
4. Pack items securely and hand over to our designated courier partner.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing may add 2–3 additional working days
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Exchanges

We offer free size and colour exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Follow the return process and specify your preferred exchange in your email. We ship the replacement once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return required in most cases.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote pin codes: 8–12 business days

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak festive seasons.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Delayed Deliveries

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), our courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
