Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). All payments are processed through a 256-bit SSL encrypted gateway — your details are always safe with us.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves into fulfilment and we're unable to make changes. To request a change, email hello@madsnacks.in immediately with your order number.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

100%. We use Shopify Payments — the same secure infrastructure trusted by over a million businesses globally. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer EMI or buy-now-pay-later options?

We're working on adding EMI and BNPL options. For now, you can use your bank's credit card EMI option at checkout if your card supports it. Stay tuned — we'll announce when Simpl and LazyPay are available.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Pan-India — to all 28 states and 8 union territories. We're working on international shipping and will announce when it's live.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your My Muse account or emailing us at hello@madsnacks.in with your order number.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, logistics delays happen — especially during festive seasons or in remote pin codes. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items and intimates (lingerie, swimwear) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How do I initiate a return?

Three simple steps:
1. Email hello@madsnacks.in with subject line "Return — [Your Order Number]"
2. Our team will verify eligibility and send you return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner. Refunds or store credit are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes! We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability. To exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention the size/colour you want in your email. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your original item.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders receive store credit. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 days depending on your bank.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please email us at hello@madsnacks.in with photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full store credit immediately — no questions asked.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry?

We carry XS through 5XL across most of our collections. Every Indian woman deserves fashion that fits — not fashion that compromises. Check individual product pages for exact size availability.

How do I find my correct size?

Visit our complete Size Guide for measurements and fitting tips for every category — dresses, denims, swimwear, and lingerie. When between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

I'm not sure what size to order. Can you help?

Absolutely. Email us at hello@madsnacks.in with your measurements (bust, waist, hips in cm) and the product you're considering. We'll recommend the right size for you personally — that's our My Muse Fit Promise.

Do your products run true to size?

Most of our products are true to Indian sizing. Where a product runs small or large, we mention it explicitly on the product page. Always check the size notes on each product — our team tests every fit before it goes live.

Product & Care

How should I care for My Muse pieces?

Care instructions vary by fabric. Check the care label on each garment. As a general rule: hand wash delicate fabrics (lace, chiffon, satin) in cold water; machine wash on gentle cycle for cotton and denim. Avoid tumble drying. Iron on low heat with a cloth between the iron and the garment.

Are your products sustainable?

We're committed to making more responsible choices with every collection. We work to minimise overproduction by running limited quantities, and we're actively researching sustainable fabric alternatives. This is a journey, not a destination — and we're moving forward every season.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating a My Muse account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and access exclusive member offers. It takes 30 seconds and is completely free.

Is my personal information safe?
