When will my order arrive?

Everything is printed on demand: 2–4 business days to print + 3–5 days delivery. Typically 5–9 business days total across India.

What if the size doesn't fit?

7-day size exchange — unused, unwashed, tags on. Email support@kurvy.me with your order number.

Can I return for a refund?

Made-to-order products can't be returned for change of mind. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items get a free replacement or full refund — report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, with a ₹50 COD fee. Prepaid orders ship free and get 5% off.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent via email/SMS on dispatch.

What fabric do you use?

Oversized tees: premium 240 GSM 100% cotton. Classic tees: 180 GSM soft cotton. Hoodies: heavyweight fleece.

How should I wash printed products?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Don't iron directly on the print. No bleach.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — India only for now.

Can I cancel my order?

Within 2 hours of ordering, before printing starts. After that, printing is already underway.
