All Kurvy products are made to order — printed, quality-checked, and packed after you place your order.

Timelines (India)

• Processing: 2–4 business days (printing + quality check)
• Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Total: typically 5–9 business days from order to doorstep

Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote pin codes may take an extra 2–3 days.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: FREE shipping across India
• Cash on Delivery: COD handling fee of ₹50 applies. Save more with 5% off on prepaid orders.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Custom printing occasionally takes longer during sale periods or festivals. If your order is delayed beyond 12 business days, contact support@kurvy.me and we will prioritise it.
