Welcome to Kurvy (kurvy.me). By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these terms.

1. General

Kurvy sells made-to-order printed apparel for men, women, and kids. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or COD verification is complete). We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock/print constraints — any amount paid is refunded in full. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD fee applies).

3. Products & Printing

Products are printed on demand. Minor variations in print placement and colour (±10%) versus on-screen mockups are normal and not defects. Size charts are provided on each product page — please check before ordering; size exchanges are covered by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, and content on this store are the property of Kurvy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this site — no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no false orders or fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurvy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
